Trespass for personal injuries. Before WESSEL, JR., J.
Verdict entered for plaintiff and against defendant and additional defendant in amount of $71,000, defendant’s motions for new trial and judgment non obstante veredicto dismissed and judgment entered on the verdict. Defendant appealed.
