Indictment charging defendant with selling, giving, transferring, purchasing, owning or having in his possession certain machine guns. Before MARRONE, J., without a jury.

Finding of guilty on all indictments; defendant’s motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed to the Superior Court, which affirmed the judgment of sentence of the court below, opinion per curiam. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.
