Indictments charging defendants with burglary, larceny and receiving stolen goods. Before REED, P. J., specially presiding.
Verdicts of guilty against both defendants, defendants’ motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgments of sentence entered. Defendants appealed to Superior Court which affirmed judgments. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.
