Indictments charging defendant with burglary, larceny, and receiving stolen goods. Before WEIR, J., without a jury.
Defendant found guilty on all indictments. Defendant’s motion for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed to the Superior Court, which affirmed the judgment of sentence of the court below, opinion per curiam. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.
