Indictments charging defendants with larceny, burglary and receiving stolen goods. Before DiBONA, J., without a jury.

Finding of guilty of larceny and not guilty on other indictments. Defendants’ motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendants appealed to the Superior Court, which affirmed the judgment of sentence of the court below, opinion per curiam. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.
