AND NOW, this 7th day of September, 2006, Candace Kay Calhoun having been indefinitely suspended from the practice of law in the State of Maryland by Opinion of the Court of Appeals of Maryland filed March 9, 2006; the said Candace Kay Calhoun having been directed on May 25, 2006, to inform this Court of any claim she has that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and upon consideration of the responses filed, it is
ORDERED that Candace Kay Calhoun is suspended from the practice of law in this Commonwealth consistent with the Opinion of the Court of Appeals of Maryland filed March 9, 2006, and she shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
