PER CURIAM.
AND NOW, this 30th day of September, 2010, upon the recommendation of the Court of Judicial Discipline; the proposal having been submitted without publication pursuant to Pa.R.J.A. No. 103(a)(3) in the interest of efficient administration:
IT IS ORDERED pursuant to Article V, Section 10 of the Constitution of Pennsylvania that Rule 5 of the Rules Governing Appeals from the Court of Judicial Discipline is amended in the attached form.
This ORDER shall be processed in accordance with Pa.R.J.A. No. 103(b), and shall be effective in 30 days.
Additions to the rule are shown in bold and are underlined. Deletions from the rule are shown in bold and brackets.
Rule 5. Briefing
(A) Within thirty (30) days of the filing of the record as required in Rule 4(A), the appellant shall file ten (10) copies of the appellant’s brief with the Reviewing Court, shall serve one (1) copy on the Court ofJudicial Discipline and shall serve two (2) copies on the appellee.
(B) Within thirty (30) days of the filing of appellant’s brief, the appellee shall file ten (10) copies of the appellee’s reply brief with the Reviewing Court, shall serve one (1) copy on the Court of JudicialDiscipline and shall serve two (2) copies on the appellant.
