ORDER AND NOW, this 28th day of October, 2010, pursuant this Court’s authority under Article V, Section 10 of the Pennsylvania Constitution and pursuant to Rule of Judicial Administration No. 1953 (B), to promote continuous judicial coverage in the event of an emergency as defined in Rule of Judicial Administration No. 1950, the sixth emergency regional administrative unit, consisting of the 5th, 10th, 13th, 14th, 16th, 27th, 36th, 50th and 53rd judicial districts, is hereby established. If an emergency pursuant to Rules of Judicial Administration Nos. 1950 — 1953 is declared, the president judges of the courts of common pleas of the aforementioned judicial districts are authorized to provide for the temporary assignment of said judges and magisterial district judges to any of the other judicial districts referred to in this Order. Judges and magisterial district judges, when so assigned, shall exercise the same power and authority as are vested in a judge or magisterial district judge of the assigned judicial district and their expenses shall be reimbursed as provided by law.
