AND NOW, this 24th day of November, 2009, the Application for Extraordinary Relief under Pa.R.A.P. 3309 and King’s Bench Powers isDENIED.

This Court remanded this matter to the Court of Judicial Discipline “for the limited purpose of that court considering Petitioner’s claims in the nature of after-discovered evidence, arising from the recent revelations of corruption in Luzerne County.” 26 MM 2009, order dated 3/25/09. The Court of Judicial Discipline has not yet had the opportunity to complete that task. Once a final order is entered in that matter, Petitioner may, if she opts to file an appeal, raise preserved claims of error.
