This Court remanded this matter to the Court of Judicial Discipline “for the limited purpose of that court considering Petitioner’s claims in the nature of after-discovered evidence, arising from the recent revelations of corruption in Luzerne County.” 26 MM 2009, order dated 3/25/09. The Court of Judicial Discipline has not yet had the opportunity to complete that task. Once a final order is entered in that matter, Petitioner may, if she opts to file an appeal, raise preserved claims of error.
