PER CURIAM:
AND NOW, this 26th day of September, 2008 upon consideration of the Petition to Reestablish Magisterial Districts 38-1-11 and 38-1-12 of the 38th Judicial District (Montgomery County) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, it is hereby ORDERED AND DECREED that the Petition, which provides for the realignment of Magisterial Districts 38-1-11 and 38-1-12 within Montgomery County, is granted, to be effective October 1, 2008.
Magisterial Districts 38-1-11 and 38-1-12 within Montgomery County shall therefore be reestablished as follows:
Magisterial District 38-1-11 Borough of Pottstown (Voting Magisterial District Judge Districts 2-1, 2-2, 3 and 4), Thomas A. Palladino Upper Pottsgrove Township, West Pottsgrove Township.
Magisterial District 38-1-12 Borough of Pottstown (Voting Magisterial District Judge Districts 1-1, 1-2, 5, 6, John J. Durkin 7-1 and 7-2), Lower Pottsgrove Township.
