AND NOW, this 1st day of August, 2008, the Emergency Petition for Review of Denial of Supersedeas, Mandamus and Declaratory Relief is GRANTED. The matter is REMANDED to the Orphan’s Court, which is directed to hold an expedited hearing for the sole purpose of considering petitioner’s request for appointment of an administratorpendente lite, in order to preserve the potential estate asset prior to the expiration on the statute of limitations; without prejudice to petitioner’s opportunity to suitably prove renunciation by his siblings at a future date.
