Appeals — Review — Decree in adoption case.
On an appeal from an order dismissing a petition for adoption in which the Supreme Court finds no abuse of discretion or error of law the decree will be affirmed.
Before BELL, C. J., MUSMANNO, JONES, COHEN, EAGEN and O’BRIEN, JJ.
Appeal, No. 65, Jan. T., 1962, from order of Orphans’ Court of Montgomery County, No. 46 of 1961, in re adoption of Robert Barnard Kusner, a minor. Order affirmed; reargument refused June 21, 1962.

25 months, appeal from an Order of the Orphans’ Court of Montgomery County which dismissed a petition for the adoption of Robert B. Kusner by the grandparents of the 25-month old boy.[*] We have considered the record and find no abuse of discretion or error of law.
