Equity action to rescind two written agreements. Before SWENEY, P. J.
Adjudication filed dismissing complaint as to one agreement, dismissing complaint against corporate defendant and certifying complaint against individual defendant on second agreement to law side of court; plaintiff’s exceptions dismissed and final decree entered. Plaintiff appealed.
