Appeal from probate of alleged will. Before VAN RODEN, P. J.

Appeal of contestants sustained and probate revoked on the grounds that the last family residence of decedent was Schuylkill County and that the Register of Wills of Delaware County was without jurisdiction to grant letters testamentary. Executor appealed.
