The parties are directed to brief the issues presented in the Petitioners’ Motion to Enforce Grant of Petition for Mandamus and Order and the responses thereto, in addition to the issues raised in the exceptions and objections filed of record. Furthermore, the parties shall address the specific relief that they seek.
