AND NOW, this 10th day of May 2007, the order of the Commonwealth Court reinstating the automatic supersedeas isVACATED. The March 29, 2007 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County vacating the automatic supersedeas and continuing its February 27, 2007 preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order to preserve the status quo ante pending respondents’ appeal isREINSTATED. This matter is REMANDED to the Commonwealth Court for further proceedings consistent with this Order.
