Trespass for wrongful death and survival action. Before MONTGOMERY, J.
Verdict in amount of $36,000 in survival action and for $2,500 in wrongful death action, defendant’s motion for judgment non obstante veredicto refused and motion for new trial granted and orders entered. Plaintiff and defendant appealed.
